Uncle's Pizzeria is a family run business created by Dennis Marlin and his son Garrett. The two are pizza connoisseurs pulling their experiences and love of pizza from New York to Hawaii.
It was while attending college in Hawaii on the Island of Oahu that Garrett first learned the art of throwing pizza. While working through college, the concept was formed to open a pizzeria. The idea was not just to open a pizzeria, but also to combine the love of pizza with the love of baking, which he learned while growing up in the kitchen with mom. Uncle's has created an 'open kitchen' concept allowing its customers to now join in on the baking process.
